Certified Technical Support Associate ( CTSA )
CTSAź program is designed for fresh, young technology talents who want to make a career in technical support BPOs. The CTSAź assessments seek to evaluate the overall preparedness of young talents for handling common tasks and services related to troubleshooting customer problems through email, chat or phone.
A typical CTSAź Certified is expected to exhibit acceptable level of capabilities to deliver tech-support services efficiently in a BPO. More specifically, a CTSAź certified is:
- Aptly Qualified & Educated: Typically, every CTSAź certified professional undergoes exhaustive Training in 10 critical dimensions of Technical Support and help-desk services. These trainings are provided by BCI authorized Certification Training Providers across the world.
- Aptly Aware & Exposed: CTSAź is awarded after assessing a registrant's knowledge & understanding of various technologies and appliances and her/ his awareness of effective methods of delivering help support to remote customers. They are also exposed to basic performance and quality metrics and standards deployed in contact centers globally.
- Aptly Skilled & Competent: The CTSAź certified exhibit acceptable levels of skills related to spreadsheets, word-processing, typing and document arrangement.
Candidacy for CTSAź
Requirement: ND, HND, BSc, in any discipline.
