CFPA® program is designed for fresh, young talents with a background in Business, Finance, Commerce or Accounting who want to make a career in F&A BPOs. The CFPA® assessments seek to evaluate the overall preparedness of young talents for handling common F&A tasks and services in terms of their knowledge, interpersonal skills and aptitude.

A typical CFPA® Certified fresh Agent is expected to exhibit acceptable level of capabilities of delivering services efficiently in F&A services. More specifically, a CFPA® professional is:

Aptly Qualified & Educated: Typically, every CFPA® certified professional undergoes exhaustive Training in 6 critical dimensions of Finance and Accounting areas. These trainings are provided by BCI authorized Certification Training Providers.

Aptly Aware & Exposed: CFPA® is awarded after assessing a registrant's knowledge & awareness of fundamental concepts and principles of accounting and finance and their basic awareness about common F&A processes operated by F&A BPO organizations. They are also exposed to basic performance and quality metrics commonly deployed in such organizations globally.

Aptly Skilled & Competent: The CFPA® certified exhibit acceptable levels of skills related to spreadsheets, word-processing, typing and document arrangement.

Candidacy for CFPA®

Requirement: ND, HND, BSc, in any discipline.
