Certified Business Process Associates ( CBPA )
CBPA® program is designed for fresh, young talents desirous of starting a career in non-voice transaction services BPO organizations. The CBPA® assessments seek to evaluate the overall preparedness of young talents in terms of their knowledge, communication, aptitude and basic interpersonal skills for working on various types of transaction services tasks.

A typical CBPA® Certified is expected to exhibit acceptable level of capabilities to deliver transaction processing services efficiently in a BPO. More specifically, a CBPA® certified is:

  • Aptly Qualified & Educated: Typically, every CBPA® certified professional undergoes exhaustive Training in 6 critical dimensions of transaction processing and back-office services delivery with BCI authorized Certification Training Providers.

  • Aptly Aware & Exposed: CBPA® is awarded after assessing a registrant's knowledge & awareness of all contemporary concepts and processes related to Transaction Processing. They are also exposed to basic performance and quality metrics commonly deployed across back-offices and BPO organizations globally.

  • Aptly Skilled & Competent: The CBPA® certified exhibit acceptable levels of skills related to spreadsheets, word-processing, typing and document arrangement.

Candidacy for CBPA®        

Minimum of National Diploma ( ND ) in any discipline.
